Schedule a Pickup

Our courier will collect your product from your address at the scheduled date and time (pickup charges apply).

Repair & Service

Your item will be assessed and repaired at our authorized service center.

How It Works

  1. Customers can schedule a service request directly through the BRIKK website. Select your product, describe the issue, and choose a preferred pickup schedule.
  2. For appliances that cannot be serviced at home, our team will arrange a product pickup from your location. Standard pickup charges apply and will be confirmed before booking.
  3. Your appliance will be inspected and repaired by authorized BRIKK technicians to ensure it is restored to our quality standards.
  4. Every booking will be followed by a confirmation email. Customers will also receive status updates until the item is returned.
