At BRIKK, we believe our relationship with you extends far beyond your purchase. Our Service Concierge is here to ensure your appliances continue to perform at their best — with care, efficiency, and the same attention to detail that goes into every BRIKK product.
How It Works
- Customers can schedule a service request directly through the BRIKK website. Select your product, describe the issue, and choose a preferred pickup schedule.
- For appliances that cannot be serviced at home, our team will arrange a product pickup from your location. Standard pickup charges apply and will be confirmed before booking.
- Your appliance will be inspected and repaired by authorized BRIKK technicians to ensure it is restored to our quality standards.
- Every booking will be followed by a confirmation email. Customers will also receive status updates until the item is returned.
